Nickel Auction - Take a look!
I thought this Nickel Auction would be a lot of fun. I am gathering a group of ladies together, just let me know if you are interested. I have this posted on my personal/family blog where I am asking you to email me if you want to be included (also I listed some of their rules). I will set a date and time in the future according to the number of participants, stay tuned (all other updates will be on my blog). I also think I will change it to a "quarter auction". It will be a great way to meet each other, enjoy good food, and come home with a few new-to-you treasures.

What a cool idea! I may have to try it in my neck of the woods.
Sure, I'll come if you do one.
Great idea, count me in. Will you have a specific night for items to sell, like a scrapbook night, toddler boys clothes night (hint hint)ect ect, or just a mix of items to sell?
Hey Joanna, I posted some coupons on the coupon trader for you, I don't know if you saw it. If you want them, let me know and I'll send them to you. If not, I'll make them available to anyone who wants them. Thanks!
Hi Amber, I'm interested in these coupons. I have a binder full of coupons your more than welcome to look for some you would like or need. Or let me know what specific ones you might be looking for and we can make a trade. You can email me at Email me at familydeleiss@gmail.com
Thanks!
I would love to participate in the quarter auction and I am sure I would be able to bring a friend or two with me!
That sounds like fun! Where will the auction be held?
Many of you have questions about the nickel (or quarter) auction. This will be first time doing this - so I will learn as we go. I am willing to hold the event at my home - if it grows bigger than that then I will need to rethink that. I'm shooting for the beginning of May (a Tuesday or Thursday evening) since that will all give us time to look around our homes for items, invite more friends, and get excited about this.
Stay tuned - I will keep you updated on my blog.
The items can be anything under the sun - i.e. scrapbooking supplies, toys, games, clothing, packaged food, housewares, decorations, old wedding gifts, etc. You get my point - ANYTHING!
I would love to come if you do one. That is such a good idea.
That sounds so cool. I would love to do that. Maybe I will try and set one up when I visit my friends and family in Boise this summer. I don't know enough women here to have one in North Carolina.
Hey Tiffani - I would love to come! I'll check with my husband tonight to see if he can watch kids.
