All you Skeptics out there- THIS IS REAL. You actually get a $25 restaurant gift certificate for $5. The only catch is that you must make a minimum purchase (usually $35). So if my husband and I go out on a date, then we have to order appetizers and dessert, or my favorite is to go out with friends and split the bill.

KCL is SO EXCITED to launch is latest Affiliate Program with Restaurant.Com. We are going to start sending our volunteer authors out as restaurant critics to help you make your decision when buying from Restaurant.com. We will evaluate these restaurants on food, atmosphere, price, family friendliness and more! Stay tuned this weekend when the first review will be published. We love Restaurant.Com and we always get so many questions about "where are the best places to eat?" Now you'll be able to access restaurant reviews by everyday Moms directly from our site and offered exculsively to Restaurant.com restaurants. After we've published a review on a restaurant, we'll open the discussion to all of you, our wonderful readers. If you've dined at the restaurant that is being reviewed, you can send in your comments or we can add your review at the bottom of the post.

For now, check out the Restaurant.com website. Ask any questions that you may have, but know that this is NOT a sceam. Restaurants are giving away food at a LOW LOW price in order to bring in more business. They want you to come back again and again and they're willing to give you cheap food to make sure you do!

Hello,

I have a $25 gift card to restaurant.com but haven't used it yet.....I am just wondering, you can use one certificate per two meals, right (if they equal $35.00)? Also, do you call the restaurant before you buy to make sure everything is good with it?

Heather Lynn,
You don't need to call the restaurant before hand. In fact when I go sit down at the table and mention to the server that I'm going to be using a Restaurant.com certificate, they just tell me to hold on to it until the bill comes.
The $25 certificate is good for your entire bill. If you take a family of 6 and the bill for 6 meals is $55, they'll deduct the $25 gift card and your new total will be $30 plus gratuity. Hope that helps.
