I tried the code "APPLY" It said invalid code. Are there only certain restaurants it works on? I'm in Idaho? Come on! I'm loving this cheap date night!!!!

Has anyone tried this before and used the gift cards? How long before you get them in the mail? My husband is worried it is a scam. THanks!

Stimpsons,
The gift certificates are printable. You can buy now and use it today for lunch or dinner! THIS IS NOT A SCAM! Take the biggest bet that your husband will offer- $100 bucks, 2 hour back rub- whatever he'll accept and shake on it! (You can thank me later)
The only hitch is the minimum purchase. So your ticket has to be $35 or more. Then you pay your $25 gift card and your total for the meal would be $10 plus gratuity.

Can we use these at Tucanos?

Joanie Demer said...

Jed and Becky,
No you can't use them at Tucanos. Go to restuarant.com (just click the picture) and enter your zip code. Then you will see the list of participating restaurants- over 40 in the Boise area.

I've used my gc twice now with zero problems. If we have an appetizer and dessert it usually comes to $35. They add in the 18% tip and our total bill usually comes out to be around $18-20 total. Not bad for a NICE meal out!

Is it possible to buy 2 $25 gc's for say asiagos - so we would have $50 worth of gc's for $20 - then spend $50 for food (over the $35 limit)? or can gc's not be combined? or if they can be, does the minimum purchase increase proportionally (to $70 in the asiagos example)?

Don, love the idea, but unfortunately it won't work. One party is only allowed one gift card per meal. If you're group is willing to sit at different tables and act like you've never seen each other before in your life, it might work. :)

I just ordered and printed out the G.C.'s without any problem. One thing you may want to note is that according to the Terms and Conditions, "• Limit one (1) redemption per party, per month, per restaurant. " Thanks KCL!
