You sure have figured out how to make couponing work for your family! You guys are going to have A LOT of hard boiled Easter eggs. Say hi to Nate for me - he and my son, Jeff Poole, were friends in high school.

AMAZING! I am also new at this and have often found myself wondering if it is worth it...it can be so overwhelming and there is so much to learn! BUT you have proved (quite well I might add) that it really is worth it! I cant wait to get good at it all and have this much to show for it! Great job!

PS- my favorite thing that you guys do on here is when you S-P-E-L-L it out for us newbies. I love writing all the GREAT deals down off of the website and walking into a store feeling confident that I know what I am doing. My favorite shopping experience so far was last week at Target, when my total pulled up I was nervous, then I gave her my coupons and I saved $40! It was a GREAT feeling! I just need to learn how to spot the god deals myself and put the coupons with them :)

Anyways, sorry to ramble. Thanks for all you guys do!

WOW! That's just AWESOME! I'm new at this. And still have ALOT to learn, but reading your blog helps alot. So thank you for all the work you put into it. I just love to see this BIG total then hand over the coupons and owe like $10. The look on the cashiers face is just priceless...

Amen. I didn't get THAT much (there's only two of us who eat REAL food), but I cleaned up. I posted a pic on my blog and got TONS of comments from my friends wanting to learn. It's SPREADING..

I usually wouldn't stock pile THIS much, but I'd guess 95% of the expiration dates on ALL these products is 2010! And the blueberry morning cereal makes my day everyday (for breakfast and then again for my 10:00PM 'guilt-inducing snack' even though I swore I'd stop eating after 8:00. I just can't resist.

WOW! You're amazing. I am fairly new at this couponing thing (only been doing it for about 3 months). I think that I am doing pretty well but not nearly as good as you!

I do have a question, though. I knew about all those items and took advantage of many of the deals but didn't save nearly as much as you. Can you tell me how many trips and/or transactions you had to do in order to make that work out? Just curious... Thanks!

Ha! That's great. I've decided that low carb diets are not possible for couponers! (Check out all those boxes of cereal and chips!) For this reason I was excited for the Slimfast on sale this week. Way to go!

holy moly! that is crazy, i mean krazy. thanks for this blog and everything in it...i went to target earlier this week - excited to save close to $40 bucks and half my coupons wouldn't scan...most from target.com. when the cashier asked the first manager - he said "if they don't scan, your outta luck, that's it" i said well then i don't want these items...after the 2nd manager showed the checker what to do and that IT was possible...i was good to go. i would have bent under pressure with sweaty palms and all, if it wasn't for all the kraziness i see on here!

so thank you again! yay for savings.

Andrea, I would never think you're bratty! Dang blogs is right! Sorry if my tone implied that your tone was bratty. Hope the tone of this reflects my tone in my first comment which never meant to imply that your tone was one that would make my tone become upset and then instigate a similar tone in reply. :)
