I just spoke with Rock who is a Sales Rep for the Idaho Statesman.
They are currently running a special for $1 per Sunday Paper- Delivered to Your Home. There is NO Minimum or Maximum number of papers that you need to order. You could get 3 or 20 at $1 per paper.
Rock is generally on location at local Albertson's and Fred Meyer Stores.
Today from 1:30-5:00 he will be at the Albertson's at Ustick and 5 Mile.

For the most part, yes, but the Press Tribune gets 1-2 fewer inserts per month. Good question!
