The catalina will actually print when you just get 2 5-packs and 2 capri suns, so you can do them in separate transactions. You don't have to buy 6 5-packs for the catalina, just 6 boxes. So if you do 3 transactions, each with 2 5-packs and 2 capri suns and then roll your catalinas, you will spend only #13.07 plus tax. Now that is a great deal!

I know there is a coupon floating around out there that is $2 off when you buy a 10 pk of Capri Sun and Chips A'hoy. Has anyone tried to use it with this deal?

I just did the deal for 2 M&C and get the capri sun. I started the process to start getting my $2 catalina and then my last transaction I used bought 3 of caprisuns(2 of them free) and got the free box of chips ahoy. So after the $2 catalina the extra caprisun was only $1.99
If only we had Albertson's!
I did the same thing as Heather (but without the coupon). I felt great about the $2 catalina until I found out that it could have been $6! Live and learn.

Yep, I went last night and bought 2 5 packs. I used the peelies and got 2 capri suns for free and then a $2.00 catalina printed. It was the best deal i've gotten all week!
Why did my catalina not print out when I bought the 2 5 packs?
I tried to use the buy 3 get one free at the Albertson's on Ustick and 5 mile and they wouldn't let me use it. I had two managers come over. Oh well, it's still a good deal right? I wish I would have done the transactions separately.

Went last night to the Cherry lane and Ten mile Albertsons and bought 2 5 pk Mac and cheese and 2 capri suns and got the $2 cat. After the $2 cat it ends up being 3.69 before tax. 4.33 with tax. I did it 3 times went to the car loaded my stuff turned around went back in bought 3 more after realizing what a great deal. The tree top was also 1.48. Had a double from mail paid .96 for 2 tree top juices. Did this 3 times. I was loving Albies last night. They had a big display back by the meat. Look at the mac boxes before the check out. Some people snag some of the peelies. Gurr!
I was at the Gary Ln/State Albertsons when I got my $2 catalina for buying 2 five packs. This was last night (wednesday).
The Albertsons in Pocatello was out of catalina paper, so I should have gotten $6 in catalinas and didn't. Is there any way to get them after the fact?
I went to 17th and State this morning and none of my catalinas printed.
Yes, you can get your catalinas after the fact! If your catalinas do not print, call the catalina company. You will need your receipt, and they can figure out why it didn't print. Sometimes the printers are offline, out of paper, or maybe you bought the wrong products. They will mail you the catalina. The phone number is 1-888-8coupon. Good Luck!
I just did this deal at Albertsons on Milwaukee and Cole. They are well stocked as you walk in the door. They have the coupons behind the counter because people have been stealing them but they were really nice about getting them and asking how many I needed. They would not take the coupon though. Still a great deal on things we use.

I went to the Ten Mile and Cherry store and the catalina printed out perfectly!
I live in Twin, and our Albertson' still had plenty in stock. Make sure you grab the Sunrise Flavor of capri suns, and no other. Will save you lots of Hassle. I purchased 3 5packs of mac n cheese, recieved 3 5packs free, received 6 boxes of sunrise capri suns and paid $13 and something sense. My Albertsons accepted the buy 3 mac n cheese get one free. So I only ended up paying for 2 5packs and got the rest free. yeehaw! Plus the $2 Catalina.
The Albertsons at State and Glenwood would not allow me to use the coupon. It was still a great deal to pay $5.69 and get 10 boxes of mac-n-cheese, 2 boxes of Capri Suns, and $2 catalina.
I went to the Caldwell Albertson's by the college and bought 2 5-packs, got 2 free, and got 4 boxes of Capri Suns. I did two transactions and got two $2 catalinas. I was able to get any kind of Capri Sun I wanted, not just the sunrise favors. Also, a Kellogg's sales rep had been in and the manager was handing out cereal coupons, so I also got 16 boxes of cereal for $0.88 each, and an 18-pack of eggs for every two boxes of cereal. (14.08 for 16 boxes of awesome Kellogg's cereal and 12 dozen eggs!!!) He only had a handful of the coupons and dispersed them on a first come, first served basis. I'm so thankful I was in the right place at the right time!
