Straight from KMart: "All stores except locations in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and select stores in CA, FL, IN, and PA are participating. The stores will only be accepting 10 coupons per customer per day."

10 double coupons per day. First, we'll have to see the stores enforce it.
It'll be a bummer for those that are die hards and like to go when KMart opens and score the best deals. It'll be good for those who can't or don't do that. Maybe they won't run out of stock for a whole 24 hours. I'm curious to see how it goes down.

Sorry you're bummed. It might still be worth your drive. If you double 10 $2 off coupons, that will be $40 in savings. That's got to more than cover your fuel cost (unless you're a trucker. . . I can't picture that) :)
Finally!!! I hope it's going to happen here in Wyoming. I have been waiting with a huge folder full of my "kmart doubles" coupons. Thank you for the gleem of hope!
DOes anyone know if it is a "doubler" KMart issues or if they just double the coupons up at the register?
A long time ago (when my son was born and he is 14 now) we lived in Phoenix and there was such fierce competition amongst the grocery stores down there they would triple coupons!!! Groceries were SO cheap then. THough I am sure I was even't getting as good of a deal as I am now. I didn't know enough :-)
So how do their doublers work? Do they come in the adds or paper? I've never seen Kmart doublers! Please let me know! Thanks!

I received an e-mail back w/in a couple of hours.
That's how I knew that they were in Idaho.
No doublers-just bring your coupons to the cashier and he/she will double your coupons for you. They make alot of mistakes so keep a krazy eye on them and smile.
Me Again... at least Kmart is doubling... and at least you know they're doing it in your area. The last two or 3 times Kmart has done it NONE of the store in my state have participated.. as most stores in my state don't participate in coupon doubling events. All we ususally get is the THREE PER DAY Albertson's doublers.

I called about 5 different stores in the Denver area and found one that is participating. I also asked how strict they were with the 10 per person rule and he said they didn't care how many I brought in.
I think they have that rule for more coupon crazy areas such as Boise/Utah..

I just got my e-mail back from K-mart. All stores in Alabama are participating. Whoo-hooo!
Kmart releases their weekly ads online each Thursday so I went to look at the ad for my area (Northern Idaho)and I see no where in the ad that they are participating in double coupons! I then checked Southern Idaho and nothing. Are we sure about this? It doesn't show in their ad and there should be something on the front page?
It doesn't show on the ads in my area either but I emailed Kmart and they said that all Kmarts in Alabama are doubling. Try emailing them. They answer pretty quickly.
Hmmmm, I just looked through the ad too and didn't see anything. but I've had a personal email and we've had a million readers get personal emails all confirming the double coupons. We'll call some stores and see if they've heard about it. I'm inclined to still think it's going to happen though. I'm going to start a fight with somebody if it doesn't!
