I think the regional part is the coupon. There was a coupon in some papers for the $5 gift card with purchase. I don't think it will scan as a gift card offer. I got the coupon in Nor CA. There was one in there for the Windex all in 1 $5 gift card with purchase as well.

If you want to see if your area is participating, just grab a scrubbing bubbles and take it to the red "u-scan" machine on an endcap. It will give you the price, 12.99 and will say earn $5 gift card. . . if your store is participating.
Can you roll Target gift cards? If I want to buy a couple of the shower kits and I have the coupons?

I went to the Nampa Target and it's not on sale.
Its not on sale in North Carolina... man, was so looking forward to this deal.
As previous comments have mentioned, it's not an in-store promotion. You need the TQ for the $5 gift card which was in the 7/26 SS (regional).
I have 20 of the target coupons for a $5 gift card when you purchase the automatic shower cleaner arriving soon. I will have 8 coupons left over, anyone want to do any coupon trades for these?
I am a newbie and learned a lesson this week. I had enough coupons to get this deal twice. I gave the employee the 4 coupons (2 for $7 off and 2 for Free $5 gift card with purchase). I didn't notice at the time, as I had purchased other things, that only one of the $7 coupons were scanned, even though I had given two. I returned one of the scrubbing bubble kits today and there was nothing they could do for me. Let's just say, I'd rather not coupon when my kids are with me :)
Was at the Target on Eagle Rd yesterday and the shelf was bare so I figured it must be on sale it was marked $12.99 on the shelf. So would I need something else to get the gift card? I'd love one if any had some to share that you weren't using.
