Krazy in the Kitchen: Refrigerated Pasta


I decided to post recipes for refrigerated pasta because of the coupons for

Chicken Tortellini Salad

Ingredients:
3 Cup Cooked Chicken (or Chicken in a Can)
3 Cup Cooked Tortellini (like the Buitoni Brand that's on sale at Albies this week)
2 Cup Red Grapes
1 Cup Celery
Dressing:
2 Cup Mayo
2 (8oz) Pineapple Yogurt
2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp Sage
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Directions:
Put all Salad Ingredients together. Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over salad and mix to coat well.
This is one of my families favorites! I love it because it's super easy (especially when you use chicken in a can) and my kids love it!

Italian Seasoned Chicken and Fettuccine
Ingredients:
Italian Seasoning
1 Package Refrigerated Fettuccine
4 Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 tsp Garlic
1.4 Cup Olive Oil
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 baking Dish
Combine Oil, Garlic, Seasoning and Chicken in large Bowl, and turn to Coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Remove Chicken from marinade and place in prepared dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare fettuccine as directed. Serve.

Tortellini Alfredo with Peas and Bacon
Ingredients:
1 package (9 ounces) Refrigerated Spinach Cheese Tortellini prepared according to package directions
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 slices lean bacon coarsely chopped
1 container (10 ounces) Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup green peas cooked
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Cook onion, mushrooms and bacon in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until bacon is crisp; drain. Add pasta, sauce, peas and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute.
Serve with Cheese
